"In game updates inflate playtime, deny refund"
In game updates inflate past the 2 hour gameplay limit they have for refunds. They've effectively circumvented their own rule.
Got the new Call of Duty, it's essentially like buying another store, always trying to sell you stuff. Game crashed within the first few hours. Not to mention the hour or so wasted updating and creating shaders. Then they refuse the refund, because their own game inflated the "playtime hours" - which any way 2 hours is too little. If you buy a $2000 MacBook, you have 2 weeks to return it, no matter how much you use it. Here, they expect this infinitely replicable digital product, to only be used for two hours, and still not give a refund.
Just a horrible company with horrible customer service.

"How do I give a 0 star rating"
How do I give a 0 star rating? They have refused to give me a refund and I just purchased the game less than 12 hours ago. The game has horrendous performance and I have less than an hour of playtime. I don't even know why they have a refund option at this point because unless you refund the game the literal second after you buy it you will have passed the deadline

"Playing overwatch 2 is the worst…"
Playing overwatch 2 is the worst experience I've ever had in a video game. They ruined a totally fine game in overwatch 1 because of greed.

"The PHILIP MORRIS of the MMO GAMING INDUSTRY"
Little to no effort is put into ethical business practices at Blizzard Entertainment.

An example would be: How Blizzard allows Arena 2200+ players to delete their characters, then.. using the restore option, these players restore their deleted 2200 characters, reset at 0 Arena ratings.

Those geared-to-the-teeth players then dominate every bracket of the arena from 0-2200 until the season ends. Max Geared players can then repeat this practice (EVERY 7 DAYS). Here's the kicker though. Because it's so easy to do an exploit like this.. players repeat this each week charging the rest of us with lives.. exsorbent amounts of gold to push arena rating. So if you want to push arena it becomes a toxic game of (neglecting real life) early in the season to beat the exploiters to 2200 or face being stuck at a bad rating the rest of the season playing against restored 2200 geared players, and spending all your gold to go against 1 booster and 1 regular player.

After I learned this I immediately canceled my sub, you should do the same. Don't waste your life for exploiters and an organization that has never given a damn about the mental health of its community. This is actually one of the most disgusting organizations I've had the displeasure of experiencing. Beyond my above experience, I have seen this company do everything in its power to keep players grinding over the years. The kind of behavior I witness players exhibit after they get caught in Blizzards Gaming Prison is on par with the hardest drug addictions. Because Blizzard never really does anything to ensure the game is fair (BOTs run rampant in BGs) (Boosters dominate the arena) it forces more sensible players to either quit playing or be LESS SENSIBLE and dedicate long hours as if they were at WORK!

Like the Tobacco Industry, Blizzard continues to make addictive products yet they bare no moral responsibility for their products. That is what we call a RED FLAG in 2023.

#CANCELBLIZZARD or risk canceling your real life identity.

"WoW TCG Items as Giveaway is worst $hit…"
WoW TCG Items as Giveaway is worst $hit they have ever done. Just to squeeze some more money for subscriptions out.

Punch in everyones face who farmed the gold to collect these items over the last decade.

Blizzard is finally dead for me.

"Atrocious Customer Service"
Blizzard's customer service has been insultingly bad for years. If they don't want to help you resolve your issue... they just won't. If they don't want to hear what you want to say. They will just ignore you. There is no appeal system for silences, or suspensions. I have had positive experiences with them. But they are one in a hundred. The few positive experiences I had felt like catching lightning in a bottle. I absolutely dread having to reach out to Customer Service. Because I know that chances are, they will treat me terribly, and then expect a positive review after. I work in Customer Service myself, and we would NEVER treat customers like they do.

"I’ve been playing Overwatch for four…"
I’ve been playing Overwatch for four years. Just recently in Overwatch 2 I got my account suspended for no apparent reason. When I put in the appeal and asked for proof why it got suspended there was no other answer other than an automated message stating how I violated their terms of service and their ruling will stand regardless of what I said. I have never been toxic in any chat, game, or interaction in this game regardless of what was said about my gameplay yet they can’t provide me with anything except “you’re out of luck” in lesser terms. I had recently gotten disconnected from multiple games due to the servers and not by my doing. I don’t ever voluntarily leave games no matter how it’s playing out. That’s the only thing I can genuinely think of that would have caused the suspension. If that’s why I got suspended it very much seems like an issue that blizzard needs to resolve instead of penalizing their community for it. The “contact support” tab of their home page isn’t much like contacting support it’s more so contacting people that don’t give a hoot about how long you’ve played or what you have to say. I used to not understand why people say this is one of the worst communities in gaming… but now I do. And not for the players. But for the people that are running the show.

"Money hungry Blizzard"
Can't stand Blizzard. They lost their way since Warcraft 3 and StarCraft. Now everything is run like a mobile app and they monetise everything.

I get that it's a business but they are taking advantage of people. Games like HOTS are not being supported anymore because it didn't make money and Hearthstone is 100% pay to win.

Overwatch was a flop. I'm going elsewhere like many others. Blizzard can suck a fat one.

"Company only cares about money"
Disclaimer: This is my opinion based on my experiences and the experiences of my close friends.

Overpriced Games. Poor investments on Servers and Support. Greedy Microtransactions. Frequent outages. It used to be amazing to play a game from Blizzard. Now, it is nothing but an unpleasant experience. They have taken a long ride on the coat tails of success from World of Warcraft. With Billions of dollars they have made, they still can't provide quality.

World of Warcraft, for example, has been regurgitated so many times. It is STILL the same old game with such minor changes. That, and they want TOP DOLLAR as if they invented and built a new ground breaking game from the ground up. They also want a monthly subscription to play. You finally get convinced to try it again because all of your friends are brainwashed into playing it again. Then, you are met with constant connection issues. They blame it on DDoS attacks. Where is the compensation for downtime? Other games provide it. Even Free to Play games provide compensation for unexpected downtime and disruptive events. Nope. Blizzard will happily keep your full $15 USD per month and not compensate you for any of the time you cannot log in due to problems they could avoid.

Diablo is another example. What was once a fantastic game has just been watered down so much and stripped of what made it so great. Sure, Diablo 3 eventually became decent. But...not initially. And, the Reaper of Souls expansion only brought so much. Not only that, if you wanted to play all the classes, you also had to purchase the final playable class. Did they really need to charge for that? The seasons are fun, but you can fully complete a Season and lose interest in grinding to the fastest GR150 in 2 days. Diablo 4 had it's Beta weekends. During the first closed Beta weekend, Blizzard knew EXACTLY how many people would be playing because you HAD TO PAY for Beta access. Blizzard charged you to test their game to give them valuable feedback to help them finish making it... Then, to use your paid access, you faced constant server problems and horrendously long login queues sometimes over 1-2 hours. How could they not be prepared? IF you did managed to get in and finally play, you could encounter the network issues that plagued the beta and get disconnected only to have to sit in another 1-2 hour queue. The game seems ok, but I don't feel it is amazing enough to warrant the $80 it cost.

Diablo Immortal - GREED. How is this game even legal? Blizzard has siphoned millions from this horrendous Pay to Win model. You literally cannot succeed fully in this game unless you pay a lot of real hard earned cash. Sure...there are other P2W games out there, but none as bad as this. This model is just morally wrong. How greedy is this company?

Have an issue with a Blizzard game? Good luck getting decent support. You are better off looking in ANY other forum than Battle.net or YouTube to find the best solution.

This company caters to the streamers and does not care for any of the other consumers. Terrible company. Terrible moral values.

"Now a terrible only focused on money…"
Now a terrible only focused on money gaming company. Customer support does not help with major bugs such as players losing items that can take weeks to months to get back due to KNOWN issues in their side they are too busy protesting random crap most of us don't want to hear about so they don't have time to do thier actual jobs now. Imo the vast majority of staff especially starting with customer support needs to start being fired immediately and replaced with people who will actually work and make good games like blizzard used to do. Even the new Diablo 4 has most the same elements as diablo immortal and diablo 3 just copied pasted over even the art styles, they are crazy lazy anymore. What happened to you all?? Can't wait for the next blizzard to come out and stomp you in the ground like you used to do when you cared about the players and the game. Let's get back to fantasy and customer support we do not come here to to drown in more real life political beliefs of other people. We want new stories, new classes, new skills, immediate punishment of bots atleast weekly not letting them run around for weeks, months and yes you even let them run for years without doing anything (I've often seen them even keep their ill gotten items). CARE about your customers and fire most of your customer support team because the people you have in there now never ever want to do thier basic jobs and you wonder why you dropped from 5 stars mostly to now 1 stars mostly. Stop hiring them based on things that don't matter and hire them based on SKILL with frequent review of their work, it doesn't take long to look through all the ignored feedback we give to you about how half these reps don't even bother to answer the question we ask they copy paste something random then hold out their hand to collect thier horribly over paid money. You could easily find people that would work for half what they are getting paid right now and actually care about and do thier job.

"Diablo & Unions"
The only reason I decided to come back to Blizzard and purchase Diablo II Resurrected is because of the growing union efforts at this company. My support of these games are for those employees and their efforts! Keep up the great work and show the industry how to protect the workers!
